The girls caught a nasty cold last week which left them very congested, runny, cracked and often bloody nosed, watery eyed and cranky. A few days later they were thrown two ear infections. It killed me to hear them cough, unable to eat or be soothed by their beloved "Nuks" because they had to breathe through their mouths. Sometimes they just wanted to be held and cuddled (which I gladly did, one at a time).
